Beware new provider changes in version 6.2

As a heads up for those who do not already know, the provider has some major architectural changes in version 6.2. The most significant is the change in the connection string. If you’ve written any apps that use the SalesLogix provider, you’ll need to change them to use the new connection string format. Start getting ready now and identify the apps you have were this change will be required.

BTW, I’ll have an article on slxdeveloper.com that examines the new connection string and the various parts when 6.2 is released.
