Marketing Campaigns for Infor CRM – Video Series Coming Soon

Have you wondered how Marketing Campaigns work within Infor CRM?

I have created three short videos to help explain how Marketing Campaigns work.  You will find these videos posted in the Customer FX Library under Videos over the course of the following week.

The First video will give you an overview of the entire series. It will also cover Insert Campaigns, Stages/Tasks, and adding Products to the Campaign.

The Second video will cover Targets and Launching the Campaign.
