I came accross a new SalesLogix related blog from someone named Bjorn who has a post related to a post I made about launching MainViews.
SalesLogix 6.2 has finally brought customizable desktops to the developer community! This is great, especially for those of us who must create solutions that go beyond the sales organization. It also opens up the possibility of creating dashboards, or any form, that opens within the SalesLogix desktop container area.
However, if you’d like to do this with a Manage form, one that isn’t bound to any data, you have to jump through some hoops. I found a way to do it programatically.
