Outlook Ticket Addin

Here’s a tease of a new product I’ll have coming out shortly. I really hate having to do anything manually. With this I can receive an e-mail from a customer about a bug/issue/etc and create a ticket from it in Outlook (and even have any files attached to the e-mail automatically attach themselves to the ticket).
