We just started seeing the new annual Maintenance and Support agreements going out to our customers and frankly; they are confusing. The good news is that you now have 3 program options instead of 2 and for many customers, your cost will actually go down. Sage admitted that there was a formatting error on many of the invoices and have since corrected that.
