Sage SalesLogix has new Support Program options starting this month


We just started seeing the new annual Maintenance and Support agreements going out to our customers and frankly; they are confusing.  The good news is that you now have 3 program options instead of 2 and for many customers, your cost will actually go down.  Sage admitted that there was a formatting error on many of the invoices and have since corrected that.  If you have any questions about your renewal invoice please let us know and we can go over the new options with you.
