Saleslogix Sync for Gmail provides users the option to work within either Gmail or Saleslogix and updates to emails, contacts, tasks, and calendars will automatically synchronize between both systems to ensure the most up-to-date information is accessible. By adding a simple Saleslogix label, users can create and send emails from Gmail and the system will automatically record the history item to the lead, contact and account profiles. Users can also embed Saleslogix calendar activities into the Gmail calendar and vice versa to establish a comprehensive view.
Customers on Saleslogix v8.1 Update 03 and an active Business Care plan can download Saleslogix Sync for Gmail through the Saleslogix Customer Portal starting today. We are encouraging customers work with their Certified Saleslogix Business Partners to properly install and setup the new add-in.
Saleslogix Sync for Gmail can be found in the SLX – Updates – 8.1.x Addons group in the Downloads area of the Saleslogix Customer portal.
