SalesLogix Workshop – Merging Records

It happens to all of us from time to time – we go to look up an account, a contact, an email address, and there are 2 or more of the same record.  Now you could just ignore this fact, check them both out, and decide which one you would like to use, or you can help keep your database clean by merging the records.  Obviously merging the records is the best choice, but do you know how to do this?  Join us for the workshop, “Merging Recording – SalesLogix v6.2 and Above”, at 2pm CDT and your answer will be ‘yes’.  Register/join here.

We'll accomplish this by creating a simple Freedom UI component, and then adding the component to the page. We'll be able to use a static URL for the IFRAME source or bind the source to a property on the page.
