Well, I suppose there is no better time than the present to start this blog up. I keep putting it off but it seems my “busy streak” will never end. So here we go.
Just as an intro to what this is all about for those of you who might be new to this. A blog (or Web Log -> weblog -> weblog -> blog) is really just a place for one to share thoughts and ideas with whoever cares to read it. In this blog I will focus on SalesLogix related items. I’ll be posting any new SalesLogix tidbits or thoughts I may come accross here.
This really a secondary blog for me. My main blog is at ryanfarley.com, but I decided to separate the SalesLogix topic to it’s own blog. I may end up opening this up so others can host their own SalesLogix blogs here too, but that all depends on when/if I find the time.
One of the best parts about blogging is the syndication. I typically don’t actually go to blog sites. Instead I use a reader to pull the content to me. The reader I use (and love) is NewsGator. It pulls the posts right into Outlook. Very cool. You can read more on some readers from my other blog here and here.
I’ll try to keep the content somewhat useful – at least as useful as I can 😉 My problem is always with keeping the content up to date. Timelines etc, you know how it goes.
