The built-in bpm’online email client has the ability to automatically record all of your emails to the matching Contact and Account, even if you don’t use bpm’online to generate the send and reply. This works with all email clients including Gmail, Outlook, Office 365, mobile email clients, etc. as long as they are IMAP or Exchange. This is a very powerful capability and removes the need for users to perform extra steps. They can use whatever email client they want, whenever they want.
Besides being free to use the email client of your choice, you can choose whether or not to auto link your emails. Don’t want all of your emails to auto link to bpm’online records? No problem. You can manually drag emails into a folder/label, or create a rule on your email server to file emails to the folder, that bpm’online monitors and then links to the matching Contacts/Accounts.
