Creatio 7.18.3 update package is here!

We are pleased to announce that the Creatio 7.18.3 update package is here! The following new capabilities and improvements have been added to the Creatio product line.

Business processes. The process steps that require user actions (e.g., tasks, meetings, etc.) can now be created in the assignee’s language. For global organizations and multilingual working environments, this feature will streamline collaboration across distributed teams working within the same workflow.

Dynamic cases. The knowledge base now features the new Playbook hint template that can be used to quickly add hints to dynamic cases.


Working with chats. It is now possible to initiate a chat conversation with the client from any section’s action panel. Creatio will determine the contact or a list of contacts connected to the section record after you click the channel button. For example, you can start a conversation with the person who submitted a request, lead or contact related to a specific account.


Development tools. To streamline Creatio customization, it is now possible to compile a package into a separate assembly. Compilation of a single package takes much less time than compilation of the entire configuration into a complete assembly. Installation of a package into the environment is also very quick given that compiled assemblies are deployed with the package and you do not have to compile the assembly as part of the installation.
