Infor CRM (formerly Saleslogix) Statement of Direction

Learn more about the future of Infor CRM.

Recently I received my login information for the Infor Partner Portals and as I was familiarizing myself with the site I came across a document created by Infor that outlines both the value of using Infor CRM and the direction that Infor plans for its future.  The document introduces some cool Infor technology (ION, Mingle.le, Infor CRM AnyBOD, to name a few) to which you will eventually have access, strategic considerations, and reviews current features you may not be using.  I encourage you to give it a read, it’s definitely worth it.  You will find the Infor CRM Statement of Direction attached.
