InforCRM Mailmerge with Office 2013 Click-to-Run

Start by determining if this is a click-to-run Office 2013 install.    Open the registry and browse to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Common\InstallRoot.  If any keys contain the word virtual then this is a click to run Office 2013 install.  Next, in Word under Trust Settings-ActiveX Settings, make sure to select “Prompt me before enabling all controls with minimal restrictions”, leave Safe mode checked if it’s already checked.
Now  download the office_2013_c2r_registry_fix.zip file from http://cdn.saleslogix.assets.swiftpage.com/office_2013_c2r_registry_fix.zip
Extract the contents and then double-click on the appropriate .reg file for your 64-bit or 32-bit system.
