Just Released – Sage SalesLogix Mobile 5.1

Ok, so it’s not too exciting from a feature perspective.


But nice for people who have to deploy and support SalesLogix Mobile.  This is mostly a technical release.  Here are the highlights –


– Unified Install/Setup of Mobile Platform – simplified, streamlined installation wizard for installing core mobile infrastructure with full validation and reporting (print-ready, support-ready installation log), automated install and setup of key components.


– Status Dashboard – Consolidated view of key system metrics, such as connector and real-time services status, licensing status, critical issues, as well as knowledge (RSS) newsfeed, and overview of environmental settings. Viewable through Mobile Administrator, desktop browser or mobile browser.


– Simplified license activation – integrated with new unified install/setup process.


– 60-Day Integrated Trialware – Support for 60-day trials, activated through installation process. No additional license key required.


– Vista Support for client-side applications (refer to system requirements for additional details)
