Missing invoice information in the SalesLogix Dynalink view

First check that the information in the Dynalink Account view is accurate.  If that is correct then there are duplicate entries in the DL_ACCT_REF table.  Take the following action:




  1. Search by the “External Account” name in the ACCT_ID field of the DL_ACCT_REF table to locate the Dynalink ACCOUNTID.


  2. Use SQL statements in the workgroup admin to delete all records containing the ACCOUNTID from the DL_ACCT_REF, DL_INV_HIST_DET, and DL_OPEN_INVOICES tables.


  3. Via the SalesLogix Client, fill in the proper information in the Dynalink Account view.


  4. Cycle the Dynalink server to recover the invoice information.
