Every section within bpm’online has “Printables” which are Word merge document templates or a report. These Printables can also be used for sending template emails using the bpm’online Email tool. The templates can merge-in data from any table or field including custom fields and tables. You can control which Printables show up for each section including having a different selection for list views vs summary views. The templates can be output as either a read-only .pdf or as a Word document for further editing. Printables can also be output as a traditional report so that you can include mathematics on numbers and charts and graphs.
