Sage SalesLogix v6.2 and v7.0 are scheduled for retirement

Sage SalesLogix v6.2 and v7.0 will be retired according to the schedule below. We encourage you to contact us to begin planning your upgrade to Sage SalesLogix v7.5 to take advantage of cutting-edge functionality that will greatly enhance your sales, marketing and support efforts.

What does retirement mean for you?
With retirement of Sage SalesLogix v6.2 and v7.0, Sage is able to focus development and support resources on future product enhancements. By concentrating our business efforts on new versions, we are better able to deliver products and services that will make your organization more competitive in current market conditions.

Prior to the retirement dates, software updates will only be provided for critical data loss and security issues. After retirement dates, all Hot Fixes and Service Packs will cease and Feature Requests will no longer be accepted. Customers with current support plans will continue to receive support until their contract expires, however, upon retirement only limited support* will be available.

Critical Fix Only: Only hot fixes to correct critical data loss or security issues will be considered. Please note we are only considering Critical Fixes for v6.2 currently. After November 2008 we will do the same for v7.0.
