SalesLogix Groups

I received an email from a customer today that was unable to change the conditions within a Group.


She was logged in as Administrator but everytime she tried to delete a condition from her group, it would throw an error and not allow the change.


I had her change the Group edit window and switch to another group.


Then I told her to access the group she was trying to change from the Manage Groups button on the upper right side of the screen.


When she access the group from within Manage Groups she was then able to change her conditions sucessfully.


So, the moral of the story is that at times SalesLogix does not like you to be accessing the group at the same time as you are trying to change.


Simple resolution…….Access your Groups from the Manage Groups button for editing.
