SalesLogix Ticket Reports (Part 3)

Real quick post today.  I am covering the Ticket level reports labeled Support Follow-up Statistics by Assigned – Sample and Support Follow-up Statistics by Received – Sample.  These reports are written in Crystal and come with a Standard Sage SalesLogix implementation.  The intent of the report is to provide by user counts of the number of Tickets each user has worked and how many of those Tickets had Ticket Activities where the “Follow-Up” check box was set to true.

The Support Follow-up Statistics by Assigned – Sample report use condition fields of Assigned To and Assigned Date.  The user name is provided from the SECCODE_SECCODDESCRIPTION field which is related to the Ticket through the AssignedToID

The Support Follow-up Statistics by Assigned – Sample report use condition fields of Received By and Received Date.  In this report, the data pull is exactly the same as with the Assigned To version but the developer draws the user name from the ReceivedById field.

I really have no improvements or suggestions for these reports.  The layouts are nice and easy to understand and the data is being displayed correctly.

See how I combined these reports by following this link.

So much going on and so little time, I hope to post again on Thursday this week.  Until then any suggestions or comments would be helpful and  much appreciated.  Geo.
