Saleslogix v7.5.0 through v7.5.3 Are Moving to Critical Fix Only Status

What does this mean?

Saleslogix is dedicated to improving and evolving to meet the needs of the current market place, and with the release of Saleslogix v8.1 quickly approaching, Swiftpage has decided to move Saleslogix v7.5.0 through v7.5.3 to Critical Fix Only status.  So what does this mean for all of the customers currently using these versions?

  • You can still
    expect fixes for security issues and data loss issues. Issues that do not fall under these categories will no longer follow the usual escalation path and will not be
    escalated for advanced troubleshooting. Also, Service Level
    Agreement resolution times no longer apply. No official product
    retirement date has been announced. 
  • If you have an active support plan for Saleslogix v7.5.0 through v7.5.3 you
    will continue to receive support until the contract expires. All customer
    are encouraged to begin learning about Saleslogix v8.0 and upgrade options.
