SalesLogix v8 – New Goups Features

SalesLogix v8 includes many new features that enhance “Groups” functionality including the following. 




  • Users can set their default group from right-click on any group tab


  • Searching for a group is now possible for implementations with lots of active groups


  • Filter and navigate to a specific group


  • Personalization remembers field order, adding or hiding fields, sort order.  These users prefences are now sticky even after a users logs out and back in.


  • Revert layout – reverts to the default group layout


  • Personalized information previously saved as a cookie now saved across sessions using local cache

We'll accomplish this by creating a simple Freedom UI component, and then adding the component to the page.
