Adding Checkbox to Ticket Attachments Edit Screen in SalesLogix v7.2.2

Question: I’m running SalesLogix v7.2.2 Windows client and I’ve been asked to add
a checkbox to the Ticket Attachments Edit screen.  I think that this
area is hard-coded and can’t be changed, but I wanted to double check. 
Can I add a checkbox to this screen?
