Question: I need to create custom tabs for the Leads area of SalesLogix. I would
like create extension tables that will store additional information in
the leads area. What kind of form do I use, and how do I link the
tables to the Leads area so that they can be added as a default tab?
Answer: All you need to do is create a new Data Form, and select Lead as the
base table. When you have this created you can open up the the MainView
plugin called “System:Lead Details”, select the “TabsPane”
and then open the “DefaultTabs” property to add the form to the default
tabs for the Leads area.
