Question: I have a question about
the “Common Task” area of SalesLogix Web. I do not see the item “Detail
Report” available for selection. Is this out of the box functionality or
something that is customized? How do I get it to show?
Answer: The ability to add and delete these common tasks are
buried pretty deep on the Application Architect. You are either running a different
version of SalesLogix or you do not have Web reporting configured. If reporting
is not configured, this option would not show up.
