Error Using a Left Outer Join in SalesLogix Query

Question: I get the following error while trying to debug code in SalesLogix:

“Join type not supported (not INNER join is used)”

I am using a left outer join in my query – is this not allowed?

Answer: You should make sure UseVSSC is unchecked on the grid.  If you have vssc
enabled on grids this can cause an error, especially if you are using
:bindid.
