There are a number of usability improvements in Infor CRM SLX v10, and one of them is the enhanced dashboard widget drill-down capability. While earlier versions allowed users to view grouped data in dashboard charts, v10 adds interactive drill-down functionality that makes it easier to explore CRM data and act faster.
From Data Overview to Actionable Insight
Dashboard widgets still display grouped CRM data at a glance, but now users can click directly into chart segments to view the specific records behind the numbers.
For example, let’s look at a pie chart for Quotes:
- The widget displays the group “All Quotes”
- The selected dimension is Status
- The chart automatically segments quotes by status
- Each segment shows its percentage of the total quote volume
- A visual key identifies what each color-coded segment represents
This makes it easy to understand quote distribution instantly.
Interactive Drill-Down in Action
Infor CRM SLX v10 introduces two ways to explore widget data:
1. View Group Hyperlink
Users can click the “View Group” link to open a full list view of all records within the selected group. This list is based on the group criteria configured in the widget settings.
2. Segment-Level Drill-Down (New in v10)
Users can now click directly on any chart segment to drill into that specific data subset.

- The red pie segment represents “Won” Quotes
- Clicking the segment instantly opens a filtered list of only won quotes
