How do you recover a password for a SalesLogix mobile user?

 Question:

Is there a way to recover a password for a mobile user? 

Without autosync, need to login and sync to get new password when reset in administrator.  Do I need to reinstall?

 

Answer:

There is no robust password refresh. However, if the has not
logged out of the application, the administrator can reset their
password and the user can enter it into the settings tab in the Mobile
client.

If not, then the adminstrator will have to reset the users
password and the user will have to re-install the BlackBerry client.
