When using the browser-based version of Infor CRM software, it is sometimes necessary to clear the browser cache. For example, if Infor CRM is not displaying recent changes, clearing the cache will force it to reload from the server. The exact procedure depends on which browser you are using.
If you are using Google Chrome, click the three vertical dots in the upper-right-hand corner of the window, and choose Settings. Scroll down to the Privacy and Security section, and click Clear Browsing Data. Leave all three items in the Basic tab checked, change the Time Range to All Time, and click Clear Data.
If you are using Firefox, the instructions are similar. Click the three horizontal lines (the “hamburger”) in the the upper-right-hand corner, and select Options. Click Privacy & Security on the left, then scroll down to History and click Clear History. Check any unchecked boxes to clear all data and history, and change the time range to Everything. Then click OK.
For Internet Explorer users, the process is slightly different. Click the gear wheel in the upper-right-hand corner, mouse over Safety on that menu, and then choose Delete Browsing History. Be sure to uncheck Preserve Favorites Website Data. Leave the other default options checked and also check download history. Then click Delete.
For those using Microsoft Edge, the procedure is similar to chrome. Click the three horizontal dots in the upper-right-hand corner, mouseover History, and choose Clear browsing data. Leave the default checked items, and set the time range for All Time, then click Clear Now.
