InforCRM Incompatible with Google Chrome v51

Update – Chrome has released a new version Version 51.0.2704.84 m that corrects the pages will not load and hang on a spinning wheel issues.
If you are using Google Chrome go to the help and about. At this point Chrome will check for updates and install the new version! Hurrah!

Infor posted this alert today.

It has come to our attention that the new release Google Chrome, version 51, is incompatible with the current releases of the Infor CRM Web Client (8.1, 8.2 and 8.3). The primary symptom being ‘pages will not load and hang at a spinning wheel’.

This critical issue is in the hands of our Development team and they are working diligently to resolve the issue.

Until Development can deliver a solution, plan to use an older version of Chrome or Internet Explorer, or Firefox. We will send out another bulletin when this issue is resolved.
