Personal Activities in SalesLogix 7.5

I was recently asked why I could not delete an activity for another SalesLogix user even though I was logged in as the administrator.    This is where the SalesLogix security takes over, even the Administrator cannot edit or delete a personal activity for another SalesLogix user.  What can be seen through the Activity view is the scheduled activity and the time and date.  The notes and subject are hidden from view and editing will take you to the Schedule a new Activity wizard.  However all Activities are open to SpeedSearch and if the SpeedSearch indexes are set to index the Activity table then even personal activities can be found and viewed, including the notes and subject, by ANY user, even those without access to another user’s calendar.
