We just upgraded from 6.2.6 to 7.5.1
I have a remote user who is saying that now all of his completed calls in the SalesLogix calander have lines though them.
They did not have lines through them before the upgrade.
Anyone have any ideas on why this happens and how he can turn it “off”?
It’s working correctly – design changes in the Activities/Calendar by Sage..
Completed timeless items will have a line thru them. Hard Coded.. can’t turn off.
However, in you tools and options, you can choose to not display completed items on the calendar.
