The key features in SalesLogix CRM Client include:


Contact, Account, Opportunity Views  In-depth, integrated information about your contacts, accounts, and opportunities.


Processes Automated procedures that help you perform repetitive tasks, implement sales processes, and provide an efficient way to follow up with customers in SalesLogix CRM.


Query Builder A tool to simultaneously search multiple fields in the database using conditions such as AND and OR; use it to find and select accounts, contacts, or opportunities, to build groups, and to create custom reports.


Using SalesLogix CRM, Reports Sales, marketing, and forecast reports can be produced in detail, summary, or graph format.


Sales Library A central repository for company information. It automates distribution of items such as product information, sales literature, and presentations to onsite and remote users.


Communication Tools Stay in touch with contacts and associates using SalesLogix CRM word processor, e-mail, and fax features.


Local and remote access Use SalesLogix CRM as an onsite (workgroup) user or from a remote location. All data is consolidated in a network database on a central server. Workgroup users access SalesLogix and the workgroup database through the network. Remote users have a local database and use synchronization to transfer changes between their database and the workgroup database.


Import Wizard Use this tool to import databases such as ACT!TM, GoldMine TM, dBase, and delimited text files. Using the wizard, you can map your current users to SalesLogix users, as well as import accounts, contacts, activities, notes, and history.


Security The security system in SalesLogix CRM supports field level security and the ability to own accounts at an individual or team level. It also controls your access to features.
