The Creatio (formerly bpm’online) Built-in Email Client Automatically Creates New Support Cases

The bpm’online built-in email client looks for keywords and phrases like “help” or “problem” and then creates support cases from those emails that arrive at either a users mailbox or the general support mailbox.  Also, every email in a thread continues to get added to the history of any linked records in the system.  That way, a complete record of sent and replied to emails are part of the Case record.
