If a user’s account becomes locked in Infor CRM software, you will need to log on using the admin account to unlock it. You can use either the LAN Administrator program, or the Administration section of the web client.
If you using the LAN program to unlock, select Users on the left to bring up the list of users. Any user’s whose accounts are locked will display a red square in the login column. Just right click a locked user and select Reset User Login. This will unlock their account and enable them to log in.
If using the web client to unlock users, you must be logged in a Admin. Open the Administration section of the navigation bar (on the left) and click Users. Select the tab to display the Users With Failed Logins group. Tabs are alphabetical order, so you may need to scroll right to see it. Once that group is displayed, locate the User Tasks section on the right and select Reset Users. This will reset to logins of all the locked users.
