Can you Schedule a Phone Call for an Account Manager within SalesLogix Contact Processes?

I am trying to schedule a phone for an Account Manager within SalesLogix Contact Processes. It seems that is not one of the options. Does anyone have any suggestions??

 

Answer:

You would have to script this.

You can then use the Activity Object to create an activity.
