How can you reorganize the answers for a Decision-Question item in SalesLogix Contact Processes?

Question:

If I place a “Decision – Question” item on the process, I can then have multiple lines of results for this question.

For example…
Q) Do you wish to continue with this call?
A1) Yes.
A2) No, close the process.
A3) No, but schedule a call-back.

However, the Architect does not seem to want to let me change the order in which the answers appear. In the client they appear as…

Q) Do you wish to continue with this call?
A2) No, close the process.
A1) Yes.
A3) No, but schedule a call-back.

… which is does not come in the natural order that users expect.

The responses seem to appear in the order in which they branch from the question mark in the process designer. Unfortunately, I cannot find a way of reorganizing the order in which the branches appear, and therefore the order in which the responses appear on screen to the user.

Answer:

When designing a process, click the item after the “Question” that you want to reorder and use the “page up” and “page down” buttons. This will place the item either at the top or the bottom of available outcomes.

I haven’t found a way of moving the item up or down one level at a time, but with a bit of juggling you can indeed change the order of the resulting decisions.
