Infor CRM 9.2 is now available

Infor CRM 9.2 can now be downloaded from the Infor Support website.  Here are some of the updates you can expect to find.  Find a link to the full list at the bottom of this page.

  • Infor CRM Mail Merge for Microsoft Word
    • Time zone field formatting
    • When a Family picklist is edited in the Web client the new Family will be available in the Word add-in.
    • All available table styles are now listed in the document when inserting a table in a Mail Merge template
    • Requested By is now available for Quotes
  • SpeedSearch Enhancements
    • The SpeedSearch text box in the menu bar and SpeedSearch view now include…
      • Drop-down list to select the types of records to search against
      • Most frequently used items appear at the top of the list
      • Support of type-ahead search against the selected record types
  • Web Client Administrator
    • New form!  Create and manage customer journeys and customer journey stages and steps
    • Improvements to Job Server – enhanced error handling, JobListener(s) notified of jobs executed, BOD load balancing
    • Manually start a workflow using the SData API
    • New form! View logged in users from the User list view Task Pane
