Is there a way to stop the Send SLX process from automatically attaching files to SalesLogix when you attach a file in the email?
This must be done on each user’s machine
Run Regedit and locate the following Key:
– Create a new String Value and call it “IgnoreFileNames” (This entry doesn’t exist by default, if it is there we will modify its value)
– Set the Data for the newly created value to “*.*”
By doing this, the system will ignore all attachments.
