What are some trouble shooting points for a Project Restore in SalesLogix Application Architect?

 Question:

I am attempting to do a project restore in the SalesLogix Application Architect and I continually get an error. Do you have any suggestions for Trouble Shooting??

 

Answer:

1) Double check that the file you’re trying to restore from is an actual backup made by AA – same service pack level.

 

2) AA doesn’t do will with long paths.  Make sure the backup file in in a folder directly on the root.
