Why can my user see a particular record in the SalesLogix database?


What is the SalesLogix code on which quick find is working? I need to find the quick find is not able to pick up an account for an user, though it is visible for me.


Most likely issue, is the security. Check the owner of the record. Is the user part of the team that the record is owned by???? If not, this is the reason they cannot see the record.
