Your Guide to Adding Contextual Apps to Infor Ming.le

Adding a contextual application widget to Infor Ming.le:

In order for the contextual Opportunity Status widget to display in the Infor Ming.le sidebar pane within Infor CloudSuite CRM you must publish and enable the contextual application. A contextual application changes in response to the current view selected in Infor CloudSuite CRM.

Adding a widget on to the Homepage

1. Sign in to the Infor Ming.le site with your administrative user Infor Ming.le credentials.
2. In Infor Ming.le, on the App Menu, click Homepages.
3. Do one of the following:
   a) To add widgets to a new page, click the More Actions ellipsis button, click New Page, complete the Title and Description and click Create.
   b) To add a widget to an existing page, navigate to the existing page and click EDIT.

Next, click ADD WIDGET.

1. In the left pane, click Application.
2. Search for the Infor CRM widget catalog.
3. Find the widget you want to add (For example, ‘CRM Opportunity Status’ widget), and then click ADD.

Now that the widget has been added to your page:

1. Click SAVE.
2. Select the added widget on the Homepage and click on More Actions ellipsis button.
3. Click Configure.
4. Select the application from the list of available applications and click SAVE.

Publishing a Widget

In order to make the widget available in Infor Ming.le you must publish it.

To publish the widget:

1. Sign in to the Infor Ming.le site with your administrative user Infor Ming.le credentials.
2. On the App Menu, click Homepages.
3. Find Opportunity Status Widget and click the More Actions ellipsis button.
4. Click Advanced, and then click Publish.
5. Complete the following information:
      * Title: Specify Opportunity Status.
      * Description: Specify a brief description. For example CRM Opportunity Status widget.
6. Click Apply.
7. On the toolbar, click Publish.
8. On the homepage, find and select the CRM Opportunity Status Widget, and then click the More Actions ellipsis button.
9. Select About.
10. Copy the Widget ID, as you will need this in the next section.

Creating the Contextual Application

In order for the widget to change in context of the current Infor CloudSuite CRM view, you must create the contextual application.

To create the contextual application in Infor Ming.le:

1. On the main toolbar, click the User menu.
2. Click Admin Settings.
3. Click Manage Context/Utility Apps.
4. Click Add Context/Utility App.
5. Complete the following information:
   *Type: Type Context App
   *Name: Type Opportunity Status
   *Description: Type a brief description. For example, CRM Opportunity Status widget
   *URL:
   i. Cloud:
   a. Type https://mingle-extensions.inforcloudsuite.com/lime/?widgetid={Widget ID}
   b. Paste the {Widget ID} you copied in step 10 of the previous section.
   ii. On-Premises:
   a. Copy and paste your Infor CloudSuite CRM URL
   b. Replace portal with –extensions
   c. After the domain information, type /lime?widgetid=
   d. After the = paste the Widget ID you copied in step 10 of the previous section.
6. Application Help URL: Leave this box blank.
7. Click Save.
8. In the last pane, click the Application tab.
9. Click Add/Remove Applications.
10. From the Available field, select Infor CRM Application and click the arrow pointing towards the Selected field to move it to the Selected field.
11. Click Done.
12. Verify that Application was added to the Applications tab.
13. Enable the application by sliding the Enabled slide bar to the left.
14. Click Save.
