Creating a Group of Accounts in SalesLogix That Do Not Have Notes

Question: In SalesLogix I’m trying to create a group of Accounts that do not have
any Notes.  I’ve tried using a condition that Notes does not contain
data, but that hasn’t worked an still returns some accounts that do have
notes.  What am I missing?

Answer: Try changing your join to a left join.
