Why am I Receiving an Error When Creating a SalesLogix Bundle?

Question: I would like to create a SalesLogix bundle with changes to a test system and then install this bundle in a production system.  When I try to create the bundle from the manifest I receive an error.  Any idea why this is happening?

Answer:  Clear out your Project Recycle bin and your issue should be resolved.
