
Question: I am working in SalesLogix v7.5.1 and whenever I am adding or replacing files within the SupportFiles folder under the SageSalesLogix portal manager I receive an error and Application Architect closes. Any guess why this is happening?
Answer: Most likely this is happening due to a file watcher that looks for changes in the folder and for unknown reasons those support files are locked. This would cause a conflict and close Application Architect.
