Error in SalesLogix When Doing a Build or Run

Question: Within SalesLogix whenever I attempt to do a build or run I receive an error message:

ERROR – C:Documents and SettingsusernameApplication DataSagePlatformOutputinterfacesIUserRole.cs(18,25):The
type or namespace name ‘Localization’ does not exist in the namespace
‘Sage.Platform.Orm’ (are you missing an assembly reference?)

INFO – Done building project “Sage.Entity.Interfaces.csproj” — FAILED.
INFO – Build FAILED.
ERROR – Failed to build Sage.Entity.Interfaces.dll.

 
Why might this be happening?
 
Answer: This error message usually occurs when the Application Architect project
hasn’t been properly upgraded.  Try restoring a valid project backup
and do a full build.
