Setting up Team Access in SalesLogix

Question: How can I set up the following structure for teams in SalesLogix?

In Accounts we have set up 4 teams – North Team, South Team, East Team and West Team.  We would like the head of each team to be able to view all of the lower level members of the team and also see member details for the other teams.  We would also like to make sure that the lower level team members can’t see details of the other teams.

Answer:  Doing this should be pretty straight forward.  Use Team for Ownership.  Each head of team should also be a member of the other teams, this will give access across all teams.  Lower level members should only have access to their regional team.
