The current version of Xbar handles all aspects of integration with Outlook, except for merge templates. Older Outlook integration products handled things differently.

Here are two more drastic option to reinstall or repair Xbar, which clear out data that is not touched by other methods.

After installing Xbar 1.3, Outlook 2010 did not have the Record to History icons in the toolbar ribbon. In Outlook, go to File, Options, Add-Ins and you will see Infor CRM Outlook Connecter listed in the Disabled Add-Ins.
